Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with the purchases you make. If you’re not satisfied, you may return or exchange the following within 30 days of the shipment’s receipt:

  • Any toy item in its original condition

We will refund your money as long as your product meets the above conditions and you include the original pack slip. For returns without the original pack slip you will get a store credit. 

How to Return or Exchange an Item

 Sorry, we can’t cancel or modify your order after you submit it. But it’s easy to return or exchange any item. Please save your packing slip. It serves as your receipt if you need to return or exchange an item.

Send Your Return/Exchange to Our Warehouse

  1. Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible.
  2. Mail the package to the address listed below.
  3. For your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier, like UPS. We do not recommend using overnight or second-day shipping due to the expense.
  4. Once we receive your item, we’ll send you confirmation via e-mail.
  5. We’ll process your return/exchange within 7-10 days after receipt of your package.
  6. For credit card purchases, we credit the card you used for the order 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse.
  7. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  8. Is the item you want to return a gift? Indicate that you want to receive an e-mail gift certificate valid for the item’s amount and note your e-mail address on the pack slip.

If you don’t have your packing slip, please write your order number and the reason for your return/exchange on a slip of paper you enclose in your package.
Note: unless the return/exchange is due to an error, we can’t refund shipping charges.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, we want to fix the problem. Just return the item directly to us, and we’ll refund your money (including the original shipping charges). 

Collectibles Return Policy

You are welcome to return an order to us for a refund if you find it unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. Also, due to limited quantities, we can’t exchange or replace collectible items.

Please keep in mind that on occasion, damage may occur to boxes and packaging while en route from our warehouse to their destinations. This is accidental and is usually limited to just the box or item packaging itself; only very rarely is the actual item damaged during shipping.

For these reasons, some collectors prefer shopping for collectible items at local stores where they can ensure that there is no box or packaging damage. We make this suggestion because we want each of our customers to be completely satisfied with the toys they buy, whether or not they make the purchase from our web site.

Inventory Labels

Collectors sometimes call or e-mail us to ask about the inventory labels used on some products. If the label is stuck to the plastic window on the product box, it should come off easily without leaving a stain. Slowly peel the label diagonally from corner to corner. If the entire label doesn’t come off, we suggest applying isopropyl alcohol (or a product called Goo Gone).

Special Return Instructions for Oversized Items

Some oversized items, including large playhouses, riding toys or pools may ship directly from the manufacturer. Please save your packing slip. If you need to return or exchange an oversized item, refer to the packing slip for the correct shipping address.

Order Processing and Shipping


We’ve worked to create a fast, efficient and fair system for order processing and shipping. We know you want your order quickly, at the lowest possible cost.
When you choose your shipping method during checkout, we’ll estimate the delivery date for you. We base the date range we give you on the estimated processing time (we call it the “Availability” time on the product page) and the shipping method you choose.

Payment Options and Information

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo and PayPal. We don’t take personal checks, money orders, purchase orders, CODs, International credit cards or CyberCash. Sorry, we can’t accept credit cards with billing addresses outside of the United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam.

Can I ship my order to an address different from my billing address?

If you would like your order shipped to an address different from the billing address on your credit card, it’s a good idea to list the alternate address with your credit card company. We can process your order more quickly if you list the address with your credit card company before placing your order. To list the additional shipping address with your credit card company, just call the toll-free number on the back of your card and ask the customer service representative to add the address to the files on your account. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.

What is PayPal?

PayPal allows you to order from us without using a credit card or sharing any personal financial information. Any individual customer or business with an e-mail address can order online using PayPal.

You will need to visit the PayPal web site (www.paypal.com) to set up an account. Once your account is set up, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account or PayPal account balance. PayPal offers 100% protection against unauthorized purchases.

Is my credit card safe?

Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, making the information unreadable as it travels over the Internet. We use the latest security technology available to keep your credit card information safe and private. 

How do you verify my credit card information?

We validate your credit card by checking your personal billing information. We require you to enter the billing information as it appears on your credit card statement into the personal billing section of the order before we authorize your purchase.

When is my credit card charged?

We charge your credit card when we ship the item. If we have to ship items in your order separately, more than one charge may show up on your card. When you place your order, we pre-authorize your credit card to make sure the funds are available. Please note: if you use a debit card, the pre-authorization may look like a debit on your account. We won’t actually debit your account until we ship your order. If we have to cancel your order, the amount of time it takes to credit your account depends on the issuer of your card.
