TOY PARK ACTIVITY SCHEDULE

Activity and hands-on tables are spread throughout the store everyday! 'Toy Park' is officially located at the back of the Store, where we set up tables for our group activities listed below. ANY DAY - Come play with the Quercetti Marble Run (yeah!! It's back!!), sample Melissa & Doug Coloring Pads, Crayons & Easel, Calico Critter Play table, WOW Friction based Toys Play table, Clacking Crocodile, the HUGE play treehouse with swings & people, the City Racer Tower, Demo Puzzles & Mazes, Demo Playmobil, Scramble Square Demo and our HUGE Rush Hour Game. Parents: while we encourage you and your children to socialize and play, your supervision is required at all times. COME PLAY WITH US!

Sock Puppets for Dad’s Golf Clubs Saturday, June 19 – 11am to 2pm
$3 per sock. Let Dad have some fun on the golf course with sock puppets for club covers! This is a great craft for Father’s Day, something Dad or Grandpa can use for along time. You’ll decorate with eyes, hair, ears, necklaces, and lots of other decorations – the sky is the limit. You’ll even get to wrap it up, ready for Father’s Day! For boys & girls 4+. (Approx. 20-30 minutes)

Independence Day Face Painting
Saturday, July 3 – 12noon – 4pm
Free. Join in the Fourth of July festivities by getting your face painted with patriotic symbols and select animal and other prints. For children up to 12 years of age. (Approx. 3-5 minutes)
Tie-Dye a Doll Shirt Saturday, July 17 – 11am, 12noon, 1pm
$6.00 per shirt. Get creative and tie-dye your Doll a shirt for summer fun in the peaceful sun. We will have select colored die strings to choose from. For girls 4+. (Approx. 20-30 minutes)
Decorate Your Own Stepping Stones Saturday, July 17 – 12noon - 3pm
$8.00 per stone. We mix it and pour it into 10" molds, ready for you to decorate with glass ornaments and stamp your name and date. For girls & boys 4+. Sign-up today. (Approx. 20-30 minutes)
Sidewalk Sales Face Painting Saturday, July 31 – 12noon – 4pm
Free. Join in the Sidewalk Sales Summer festivities by getting your face painted with patriotic symbols and select animal and other prints. For children up to 12 years of age. (Approx. 3-5 minutes)

Build the Best Paper Airplane Saturday, August 7 –12noon - 2pm
$2 per child. Using The Paper Airplane Klutz kit, you will learn how to fold the best airplanes, what styles do what, how to throw a paper airplane for best results, and have a ‘longest flight’ contest with prizes. For children 4+. (Approx. 20-30 minutes).
Decorate a Back Pack for Your Doll
Saturday, August 21 – 12noon, 1pm, 2pm
$7.00 each. Get your doll ready for school with her very own personalized backpack. You will decorate a pink or blue backpack with a variety of items and also make a beaded pull chain to hang from her backpack. For girls 4+. (Approx. 20-30 minutes)

2nd Anniversary Celebration
Saturday, September 11 - 11am - 5pm
We will have activities, refreshments, sales, demonstrations and bounce houses at the store to celebrate our 2nd year in business. Come check out the NEW Holiday Product Line-Up.

KIDS Summer Activities In & Around Cadillac 2010

First Tuesday of EVERY month - Art Bandits - 6pm, Cadillac Public Library, ages 8-12
Summer Art Club - for kids grades 1st - 9th Grade by local artist & teacher Rhonda Bushor. Where: St. Anns Church, 800 W. 13th Street. When: Once a week for 6 weeks on Tuesdays (1st&2nd Grade – 2:30-4:00; 3rd&4th – 12:30-2:00) or Thursdays (5th thru 9th Grade – 12:30-2:00). Fee: $55/students. Classes start June 15th/17th. A Toy Town Birthday Party - For upto 6 children, 5 years and older, we offer an in-house venue of pure fun for kids, and various levels of involvement for the parents. If your kids love Toy Town and you like to plan your own party, we offer the Village Package. Or if your kids love Toy Town and you want us to plan their birthday party and you just show up, we offer you the Town Package. Birthdays at Toy Town are available on Thursdays and Fridays at 4pm, or Saturdays at 3pm, and are subject to availability. So, book your party today by calling 231.775.TOYS (8697).
